Fluffy Coat is an ecommerce brand selling pet cleaning and grooming products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the address provided is yours or that you have authority to receive deliveries there.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the store base currency. Where a converted amount is shown for your selected region, this is an estimate — actual charge is in the base currency. We may adjust prices at any time, but changes won't apply to orders already placed.

Acceptance of orders

Submission of an order is an offer to buy; we accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there's a suspected fraud, or if delivery isn't feasible to the requested location. In those cases, we'll refund any charge.

Product information

Our products are pet-safe and intended for everyday cleaning and grooming. They are not medical or veterinary products. Any health- related advice must come from a qualified veterinarian.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant order. We don't exclude liability for things we can't legally exclude, such as gross negligence or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Where you are a consumer in another country, you may also have rights under your local consumer law that we don't override.
