Shipping policy

Fluffy Coat ships globally. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the regional warehouse closest to the customer. Tracked shipping is included on every order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following priority regions, plus most of the rest of the world:

  • United Kingdom — 3–6 business days, tracked Royal Mail / Evri.
  • European Union — 4–8 business days, tracked DPD / DHL.
  • United States — 5–10 business days, tracked USPS / UPS.
  • Canada — 6–12 business days, tracked Canada Post / UPS.
  • Australia and New Zealand — 7–14 business days, tracked Australia Post / DHL.
  • Rest of world — 10–18 business days, tracked international.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over £40 (≈ $50 / €45 / A$75) qualify for free shipping in our priority regions. For destinations outside priority regions, the rate is shown clearly at checkout.

Dispatch and processing time

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Dropshipping transparency

Some of our products are fulfilled by trusted dropshipping suppliers operating regional warehouses. This lets us keep prices accessible and reduce shipping miles, but the trade-off is that transit times can be a few days longer than purely-local stock. Where supplier inventory or warehouse choice affects your order's transit time, we list realistic estimates on each product page and at checkout.

Customs and duties

For customers outside the store base region, local taxes or import duties may apply on delivery. Fluffy Coat does not collect these at checkout for those regions; please check your local rules. If duties apply, they are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, please email hello@fluffycoat.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either re-ship or refund as appropriate.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
