Who we are

What we collect

• Order information (name, email, shipping address, phone if provided, items ordered, payment confirmation reference).
• Account/admin information (admin email + hashed password — admin only).
• Newsletter subscriptions (email + opt-in source).
• Contact form messages (name, email, message content).
• Anonymous analytics (page views, device type, country) — we do not use cross-site tracking.
• Technical data (IP address and user agent at order time, used for fraud prevention and audit).

Why we collect it

• To process and ship your orders, including via dropshipping suppliers (legitimate interest / contract).
• To send order confirmations and tracking emails (contract).
• To respond to your support requests (legitimate interest).
• To send marketing emails — only when you've opted in (consent).
• To prevent fraud and keep records as required by law (legal obligation).

Who we share data with

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) — to take payment.
• Dropshipping fulfilment partners — your shipping address only, to dispatch orders.
• Email service providers (e.g. Resend) — to send transactional emails.
• Analytics providers — only aggregated, non-identifying data.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

International transfers

Because we ship globally, your information may be transferred to countries outside your home region (for example, EU customer data may be processed by a US-based payment processor). We use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 7 years for tax/accounting purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

• Object to or restrict processing.
